No. Included AI minutes are shared across the entire account. Free includes 30 total minutes, while Pro and Scale each include 100 total minutes per account.
Do Pro and Scale have different platform features?
No. Pro and Scale include the same platform features. Scale is designed for deployments of 30 or more seats and uses custom volume pricing.
Are telephony charges included?
No. Telephony charges are separate from the plan price and AI-minute charges. Free supports browser calling only; Pro and Scale support browser calling and telephony.
What happens when I use all included AI minutes?
Free accounts need to upgrade to Pro. Pro and Scale accounts can continue using AI minutes at $0.06 per additional minute.
