We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, company name, phone number, and job title when you create an account or request a demo.

  • Payment Information: Billing details processed through our secure payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns.

2.3 Call & Conversation Data

When you use our platform to handle customer calls, we process call recordings, transcriptions, and AI analysis results on your behalf as a data processor. You remain the data controller for your customer data.

  • Process transactions and send related communications

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our Service (hosting, analytics, payment processing).
  • AI/ML Providers: STT, LLM, and TTS providers process call audio and text to deliver our AI agent functionality. Data is processed per their respective privacy policies and our data processing agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Service and fulfil the purposes described in this policy. Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days. Call recordings and transcriptions are retained per your configured retention policy.
